Remembering 2010

1. Jason and I moved to Burley the very end of 2009, so 2010 was our first year in our home.
2. Jason and I have each received a calling that has helped us to grow and serve. I have learned a lot and love the Young Women so much. I am so glad I get to serve them and get to know them better. It has been time consuming and at times stressful but I have a wonderful supportive husband who has helped me so much, and I hope that I am of help to him in his. But most of all we have become a part of our ward and we love that. we have truly grown to love the people in our area.
3. We have made new friends, that are so fun to be with. Friends are always a must when you move to a new area. We also have old friends that we want to come visit us but they wont cause they don't love us...
4. In 2010 we celebrated our 1st anniversary and tomorrow we are celebrating our 2nd!
5. I realized my college degree isn't really doing anything for me in my job.
6. We love the summers here, and went camping and wakeboarding in the evenings after work and almost every Saturday.
7. My family came to visit a couple of times!
8. Jason's family came to visit for Christmas from PA, UT, and now WA!
9. Got golf passes and went golfing! Jason taught me better technique than I was using before....
10. I went to California with Jason's mom and sister's
11. Took Jason on his first Helicopter ride.
We love Burley and are happy to call it home.....mostly in the summer though.
Hope everyone had a wonderful 2010! We ended our year chaperoning a teen dance, and watched tweens acting like tweens in their most awkward stage of their lives. And we danced a little too.
We are so excited for 2011 starting with our anniversary and a trip in dos weeks.
